Service Description

In this outstanding seminar, Shauna Yusko will share the award-winning books for kids, tweens, & teens, published in the last two years. This fast-paced day is filled with great new books, exciting curriculum connections, and enthusiasm. All participants will leave with extensive annotated bibliographies that you can immediately put to use to motivate and inspire your readers. Traditionally a full-day seminar (6 hours). This can also be done as half-day seminars, divided by kidlit & YAlit. Shorter seminars can also be discussed to include only current year's award winners. Awards will include Printz, Newbery, Caldecott, Coretta Scott King, Pura Belpre, Geisel, Odyssey, BFYA, and more!
